Work opportunites has recently brough my partner and I to a town where we have been repeatedly told it is near impossible to get a rental property. After watching The Secret we decided to apply it to getting the house we wanted within one month. A house we quite liked came up and we focused all our energies on getting the lease. I met the agent several times so that she knew us, and we submitted an immaculate application offering 3 months rent in advance and focused on making this house ours. The house got 30 applications and we didn’t get it. However we were confident our energies weren’t for naught.
We even turned down three houses from various agents as they were just not what we had envisioned. Then out of the blue this agent from the house we didn’t get and said she had a house we might be interested in. It was EVERYTHING we wanted, much better than the first house, and she pretty much handed us the keys! She wasn’t advertising it or showing it to anyone else and said she was trusting her “instincts”! Whats more, our goal had been to get a house in one month. We arrived in this town on the 10th March, and signed the lease for our ideal house on the 10th April!

I needed to read that. My family and I are looking forward to move in a city that we know no-one except for my husband’s co-workers and with two small children, needless to say, I was apprehensive at first. Until last night. While my children trick-a-treated with family members, I stayed home watching “The Secret” and it was so worth it. Today I made my 50 items list and a collage of all my dreams and wishes. But finding a house, with our credit, is what scared me the most. But after reading your testimonial, I have to admit, I feel like I’m empowered to accomplish whatever I focus my energy into.
