She is always sick..

Two weeks ago she said she felt like she was going to have a heart attack and the following week she called in sick and having chest pains. I’ve heard that she can’t hold a job because she’s always sick and some of her past co-workers make fun of her because they say she’s psychic. She just happens to know when she’s going to get sick and what kind of sickness she’ll get.

Allow me to present a competing hypothesis - perhaps, instead of terrifying prescience about her actual physical health, she is instead prescient only about what excuse she will call in sick with the following day.
