I came across The Secret a couple months before it was on Oprah and started using it immediately. We filed our taxes even though we knew there was a tax offset against my husband. I filed an injured spouse form to hopefully get part of the tax return back.
I kept visualizing every day that we recieved a check from the IRS. The form usually takes an additional 8 weeks for the IRS to process. I called the IRS and I knew there was an offset against us, the IRS told me so. Well… not only did we get our refund in 3 weeks, but they said there wasn’t an offset so we got the FULL tax return!
Now we can catch up on some other payments, including the offset account.
